01Acceptance of Terms of Use

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and dafa ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the dafa.bar website, the dafa mobile app, and all services provided through our platform.

02Account Registration Eligibility

To register and use the dafa platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of dafa staff.
• Do not act on behalf of any third party or corporate entity without written authorisation from dafa.
• Have never been suspended or banned from using the dafa platform previously.

Dafa reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify eligibility. Players who provide false information regarding age or identity will face immediate account suspension and any balance or winnings may be forfeited.

03Registration, Verification & Account Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, mobile number, email address, and valid date of birth. All information is stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Process: dafa carries out a thorough identity verification process to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be asked to submit the following documents:

• A copy of a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement within the last 3 months).
• Details of the payment method used for your first deposit.

Each player is only permitted to hold one dafa account. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual — even under different names or phone numbers — is considered a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. dafa will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your password.

04Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Policy

The dafa platform accepts a wide range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, MAE, and other approved e-wallets. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and protected by end-to-end encryption.

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes after bank confirmation.
• Dafa does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours depending on the chosen method.
• Withdrawals to local e-wallets are typically completed in under one hour on business days.

05Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus carries a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before winnings from the bonus balance can be withdrawn.

06Game Rules & Player Conduct

Prohibited Conduct:

• Use of automated software, bots, or third-party tools to play games.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (especially in Live Casino games and poker).
• Use of VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.
• Any form of fraud, falsification of information, or other illegal activity.

Game results generated by dafa's software and certified providers are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error. In such cases, we will investigate and resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

09Account Suspension, Closure & Restrictions

Dafa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Evidence or suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.

In cases of suspension due to proven fraud, dafa reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including cash and bonus balances. For account closures not involving a breach of terms, any valid cash balance will be returned to the player once the review process is complete.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting dafa's customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

10Liability Limits & Disclaimer

The dafa platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times without interruption, free of errors, or fully secure from external threats.

dafa will not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes that did not favour the player.
• Service interruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence in safeguarding their password.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.

Dafa's maximum liability in any situation is limited to the total amount you deposited onto the platform within the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

11Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Dafa reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to players via in-platform notifications or email to the registered address, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the dafa platform after an amendment's effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date without penalty.
